The automatic traveling rolling shear beveling machine is a kind of beveling equipment that uses the reduction motor to drive the serrated rolling shear cutter to carry out extrusion rotary shearing at the edge of the steel plate. At the same time, the shearing force is used to drive the beveling machine to automatically travel along the edge of the steel plate for continuous operation. This type of equipment has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency and simple and easy operation. Its safety operation procedures are as follows:
1、 Before operation, operators shall wear labor protection shoes, protective gloves and glasses to prevent hands from being scalded and eyes from being damaged by splashes;
2、 After the equipment is powered on, first check the rotation direction of the cutter head. If it is inconsistent with the rotation direction marked, the positions of the two phase lines of the three-phase power supply shall be exchanged through an electrician with special operation qualification to ensure the normal operation of the machine;
3、 Check the condition of each tooth of the cutterhead. In case of serious broken teeth, blunt teeth and wear, replace the cutterhead in time. At the same time, check that the rotation of the support wheel group is normal, and check that the reduction motor operates normally without abnormal noise;
4、 Check the placement of the workbench and the steel plate, try to ensure that the steel plate is placed stably without shaking, and control the height drop at both ends of the steel plate within 20mm;
5、 Adjust the groove angle according to the groove requirements, and lock the angle fixing bolts at both ends of the equipment;
6、 Carry out trial cutting with small materials of the same thickness of the plate to be processed, and adjust the height position of the support wheel group according to the scale according to the results of trial cutting; If all the work is small plate groove, the processing operation can be carried out directly at this time. For example, if processing large plate, continue to the next step;
7、 Adjust the height of the machine support wheel set to be consistent with the bottom of the steel plate, and check that the suspended support spring of the equipment is in a free state and has a certain elastic floating; If gbm-16d-r rotatable beveling machine is used, pay attention to the change of center of gravity when turning the machine;
8、 According to the specified feeding direction of the equipment, push the equipment to make the front-end guide wear-resistant insert plate close to the edge of the steel plate, manually rotate the upper clamping roller, press the start key and gently push the machine to make the cutter head bite into the steel plate and drive the machine to walk automatically;
9、 Before and after operation, pay attention to check that the temporary power line of the equipment is not on the forward line of the equipment and is not burned by the cut iron filings;
10、 Pay attention to the working state of the equipment at any time during operation. If the cutter head is damaged, it shall be replaced in time;
11、 At the end of the groove process, the iron filings on the equipment operation line shall be cleaned with a broom, and the iron filings on the equipment cutter head and support wheel shall be cleaned with an air gun; When replacing the steel plate for groove processing, the equipment shall be pushed away from the hoisting area;
12、 After processing, turn off the power supply, clean the equipment, wind up the temporary power line of the equipment, push the equipment to the fixed placement area, and fill the designated position with lubricating oil according to the requirements.
